Kilah Storm

Kilah Storm (she/her) is a writer and puppeteer living in Colorado. She is the official puppeteer of Douglas County Libraries. Outside of work, Kilah’s obsession with nature and life’s big questions has led her to create her own unique line of puppets. Her characters are all created from roadkill that she has found and made into taxidermy puppets! These discarded critters now perform in The Taxidermy Puppet Show which has performed in multiple venues including the Denver Performing Arts complex, Planet V and Oddity and Bizarre Expos throughout the state.

When not salvaging roadkill, Kilah can be found writing zines, books and scripts, hand painting pet sympathy cards for local vet hospitals or hiking with her husband and friends.
